Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Gamoraa platform (website, mobile applications, and venue booking services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Gamoraa is a technology platform connecting players with independent gaming lounges, snooker arenas, pool halls, console hubs, and sports turf operators ("Venue Partners"). Gamoraa facilitates discovery, slot booking, and digital payment collection, while the physical gameplay, arena maintenance, and on-premise safety remain the sole responsibility of the respective Venue Partner.

Upon completing a slot reservation, you receive a digital QR Pass. You must present this pass to the venue front desk before your booked slot commences. Venues reserve the right to forfeit your slot without refund if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time.

Cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot are eligible for full or partial credit based on the specific venue policy. Same-day cancellations within 2 hours of the slot start time are strictly non-refundable due to reserved table lockouts.

All prices listed on Gamoraa are in Indian Rupees (INR) and clearly display hourly rates and applicable taxes. Payments processed through authorized UPI gateways, debit/credit cards, or net banking are secured with end-to-end encryption. Gamoraa does not store card CVVs or net banking passwords.

Players are expected to treat equipment, pool tables, snooker cues, gaming consoles, and fellow guests with care and sportsmanship. Deliberate damage to venue equipment will result in immediate expulsion, compensation claims by the venue, and permanent ban from Gamoraa.
